Adds support for uncompressed Playdate Images (based on https://github.com/cranksters/playdate-reverse-engineering/blob/main/formats/pdi.md).
Unfortunately, it's not very clear how to support compressed images (and the Playdate SDK seems to compress them by default), but this can still be a useful format for 1-bit color + 1-bit alpha images.
